Hotel Reservation Instructions:

1. Reservation Period: In line with the conference's unified arrangement, the booking period is from February 1 to June 5, 2024.

2. Online Reservation: Please log in to the conference website and complete the registration process, including the payment of the registration fee, to access the hotel reservation page. Full payment is required at the time of booking (please include the conference name, your name, check-in and check-out dates in the remarks), and submit your invoice information.

3. Changes/Cancellations: To change or cancel a paid reservation, please contact the reservation center by June 5, 2024. Changes or cancellations after this date are not guaranteed, and each hotel's policy will apply.

4. Early Check-in/Late Check-out: If needed, please contact the conference organizers in advance.

5. Invoices: Accommodation invoices will be provided at check-in.

Special Notes:

1. During the conference, Yunnan is in its peak tourist season. To ensure your accommodation, please pay the full room rate in advance so the hotel can reserve your room.

2. As the conference involves multiple hotels, to better serve you later, please ensure your payment includes the conference name, your name, check-in and check-out dates, and submit the payment proof.
