Dr Yijing Li is the Associate Professor of Urban Informatics at Department of Informatics, King's College London; and she is also the Director of Centre for Urban Studies and Progress (CUSP) London, in decade-long partership with CUSP New York and several other UK and Asia universities, industrial and public sector partners, to support interdisciplinary research and innovation using Data Science in and for London. Yijing received her PhD in Geography of Crime from Peking University and MSc in Urban Ecology from Peking University, her interdisciplinary background enriched the research from her team on diverse topics of urban crime, transport and mobility, health, sustainability and resilience, with a practical focus on applicable solutions to policy makers based on real-life data-driven evidence.
